Golden Heart & Home

Golden Heart & Home was formed as a Group Home for elderly to provide a family home setting for adults who are unable to live alone due to physical, emotional or developmental impairments. Golden Heath & Home provides 24-hour care to the residents and is conveniently located in South Bend, Indiana.
